Clean recordings of one instrument convert best. Dense mixes, heavy effects and very fast runs may need a little cleanup in your DAW.
Only to convert it. Your file goes to the Beatloo server, where the Beatloo Midify model listens for the notes, and the file is deleted as soon as it has been read. The MIDI waits there until your browser picks it up, an hour at most, and is then deleted too.
